Positions available:

1) Speech and Language Therapist

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • To assess and provide group and individual therapy for children with:
    • Speech and language delays,
    • Language disorders,
    • Autism and,
    • Other development disorders

 Job Requirements:

  • Qualified Speech Therapist from a University that is recognized by AHPC.
  • Minimum of a Degree in Speech Therapy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
  • Advantage
    • Speech Therapist that is registered with AHPC.
    • Experience in Paediatric Population

 

2) Occupational Therapist

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy to infants, children and/or adolescents with:
    • Fine/Gross motor delays,
    • Delays in activities of daily living,
    • Sensory difficulties,
    • Planning and organization difficulties,
    • Hyperactivity, and/or
    • Inattention problems

 Job Requirements:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist from a University that is recognized by AHPC
  • Minimum of a Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Experience in working with children is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Advantage
    • Occupational Therapist that is registered with AHPC
    • Experience in Paediatric Population

 

3) Physiotherapist (Paediatric) – Locum

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • To provide physiotherapy for infants and children with gross motor delays and torticollis
  • To collaborate and work with a multi-disciplinary team

 Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy
  • At least 3 years experience working with infants and children
  • Full registration with AHPC

 

4)  Early Intervention Programme Manager

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for and manage a team of Early Intervention Teachers, including supervising, mentoring, organising and leading and/or facilitating meetings such as programme planning, curriculum discussion, contact time, case discussions and sharing sessions.
• To plan, prepare & implement teaching of the educational plans and curriculum to the children with special learning needs.
• To work closely with various therapist/ head on session planning and scheduling
• To assess and conduct intake assessment
• To assess and record the individual development of children.
• To communicate with parents about child’s progress.
• To empower the caregivers with teaching techniques and ideas to carry out intervention at home.
• To perform administration duties when required.
• To work closely with centre’s head and team to ensure that the work processes, SOP and/or workflow are communicated and adhered to by all teachers ensuring effectiveness of the programme
• To plan and coordinate value-added programmes such as Parenting Workshop/Holiday Programme
• To lead and assist in ad-hoc projects/committees as and when required

 Job Requirements:

  • Advanced Diploma/Degree/Master in Special Education / Early Childhood / Early Childhood Intervention
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in EIPIC centre
  • Possess a good command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Dedicated, patient and understanding to work with children with one or more learning difficulties
